Launch Midday
Post the offer card (what’s included, who it’s for, price/limit).
Update Google Business Profile (GBP) with an offer post, and add fresh photos. See why posting regularly to your GBP is good.
Launch Day Evening
Post a 10-15s last chance clip: countdown + benefit + CTA
Reply to DMs quickly with saved replies (what’s included, availability, policy).
What to Measure
Don’t overwhelm yourself if you have a small team (or no team) running the marketing for your small business. Keep it simple and focused on what matters. This is likely a good set of data for you:
Traffic to page: Measure this with UTMs (learn how here).
Booked actions: The number of calls, forms, or orders.
Assists: This is the number of saves, shares, “get directions” or click-to-calls on GBP
List Growth: How many new email/SMS subscribers or followers did you get during this time?
